CEO & Co-Founder
Hendrik founded his first company with 16, then studied industrial engineering in Munich and Stanford. As our CEO Hendrik represents Fernride in public and towards customers.
Martin Isik 
CCO & CFO
Martin brings nearly a decade of experience from BMW, focusing on autonomous driving. As our CCO / CFO, he leads strategic corporate development, global partnerships, and the establishment of our finance department.
Thomas Bock
CTO & COO
With over 15 years at Audi launching successful L2 and L3 ADAS products, Thomas led teams developing L4 autonomous systems across Europe before joining FERNRIDE. As CTO/COO, he bridges product development and deployment, ensuring seamless customer integration.
Dr. Volker Hartmann
General Counsel
Volker has over 15 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel specializing in technology and product law within the automotive and mobility industries. He has advised on, among other things, autonomous and connected driving R&D projects, M&A projects, and the establishment of legal teams at Audi, Daimler, VW Group, and several tech start-ups. As our General Counsel, he is responsible for legal and regulatory affairs, data protection, compliance, governmental affairs, and the establishment of our Office of the General Counsel.

Volker has over 15 years of in-house legal counsel experience at Audi, Daimler, VW Group, and tech start-ups. As our General Counsel, he oversees legal, regulatory, compliance, and governmental affairs.
