HÖHERE AUSLASTUNG
Teleoperation eliminiert Leerlaufzeiten. Ein einziger Bediener kann schnell zwischen mehreren Terminals oder Fahrzeugen wechseln und sie nur dann steuern, wenn sie in Betrieb sind.
FlexibleS Routing
Fahrerlose LKWs fügen sich nahtlos neben Ihren manuellen Maschinen in Ihre Terminalabläufe ein. Anstatt feste AGV-Routen können Teleoperatoren Container flexibel und sicher auf variablen Routen zwischen Häfen, Terminals und Zollstellen transportieren.

SICHERER BETRIEB
Terminals sind gefährliche Orte; wir machen sie sicherer. Bei ferngesteuerten Maschinen befindet sich kein Fahrer in der Kabine, und der Fahrer muss den Lkw nicht verlassen, während er be- oder entladen wird.


ABFEDERN VON SPITZENZEITEN
Bei der Entladung von Schiffen geht es um Zeit. Teleoperatoren können sehr schnell auf mehrere fahrerlose Maschinen skaliert werden, ohne dass eine große Anzahl von Arbeitskräften eingesetzt werden muss.

Teleoperationen können Spitzenzeiten abfedern und ermöglichen es einem einzigen Bediener, eine Flotte von (halb-)automatischen Maschinen zu steuern.

Grenzen der Automatisierung

Während Kräne und Frachtverfolgung bereits hoch automatisiert sind, fehlt AGVs noch die Flexibilität. Auch deshalb wird das Container Handling derzeit manuell mit dieselbetriebenen Maschinen durchgeführt.

Produktivität

Teleoperation kombiniert menschliche Fähigkeiten und Flexibilität mit der Kosteneffizienz der heutigen (halb-) automatisierten Maschinen bei gleichzeitig höchster Servicezuverlässigkeit.

Risiken

Terminals sind hektische und gefährliche Orte mit einem hohen Risiko von Sachschäden oder schweren Verletzungen.

Sicherheit

Die Teleoperation hält den Human-in-the-loop, aber außerhalb von gefährlichen Bereichen, wie z. B. Container- und Terminalbetrieb.

Muss ich meine Abläufe bei der Containerabfertigung ändern?

Nein. Unsere fahrerlosen Terminal- Traktoren können sich nahtlos in Ihren laufenden Betrieb neben manuell gesteuerten LKWs integrieren - was wir in der Pilotphase beweisen werden. Unser gemeinsames Ziel ist es, weder neue Prozesse für fahrerlose LKWs einzuführen noch die Servicezuverlässigkeit Ihres Betriebs zu verringern.

Muss ich eine neue Terminalinfrastruktur einrichten?

Bei unserem schrittweisen Integrationsansatz analysieren wir Ihre Netzabdeckung, um jederzeit eine 100%ige Konnektivität zwischen Lkw und Teleoperator zu gewährleisten. Falls erforderlich, liefern wir diese Infrastruktur sogar selbst.

Können Sie öffentliche Straßenverbindungen zwischen den Terminals übernehmen?

Grundsätzlich teleoperieren wir innerhalb begrenzter, eingezäunter Einsatzgebiete mit geringen Geschwindigkeiten. Abhängig von den lokalen Behörden kann die Teleoperation über Verbindungsstraßen - z. B. Terminalverbindungen - möglich sein. Da bei der Teleoperation der Mensch im Spiel bleibt, wird sie im öffentlichen Raum viel früher zum Einsatz kommen als vollautonome Fahrzeuge.

Wo befinden sich die Teleoperatoren?

Die Teleoperation holt den Fahrer aus dem Lkw heraus. Der Fahrer steuert den LKW von einem entfernten Arbeitsplatz aus, von dem aus er die Umgebung des Fahrzeugs wie ein Fahrer überblicken kann. Unabhängig davon, ob er sich vor Ort oder in der Ferne befindet, hat der Fahrer vor dem Einsatz eine umfassende Schulung an Ihrem Standort erhalten.
